The Queen Mary's Dark Harbor: Named one of the Top 10 Most Haunted Places in America by Time Magazine, The Queen Mary has become synonymous with ghost sightings, scares, and paranormal activity in Southern California. From 2010-2019, the legendary Dark Harbor Halloween event captivated the residents of Long Beach and beyond until the COVID-19 pandemic and ship renovations caused the event to come to a pause. Now, for the first time in nearly four years, The Spirits Rise once again at The Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor! Dark Harbor is a massive Halloween festival that takes place on The Queen Mary and surrounding harbor. This year’s event will feature haunted mazes, live entertainment, themed bars and lounges, experiences on-board the ship, festive eats and treats and, of course, the return of well known icon characters.

About Brett: Brett Bertolino joined the Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group team in 2023 as Director of Special Projects. In this role, Brett helps oversee the company’s new and innovative projects to ensure they are completed to the high level of quality that Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is known for. He has more than 20 years of experience producing large scale live events and festivals from coast to coast including award winning events like Shaqtoberfest, Halloween Nights and Terror Behind the Walls. Prior to joining Thirteenth Floor, Brett was the Vice President and Director of Operations for Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site in Philadelphia, PA where he oversaw all operations for this nationally recognized museum and attraction.

About our Host: Jeff DePaoli grew up in Woburn, Massachusetts and graduated from Emerson College with a B.F.A. in the Performing Arts. He has been obsessed with Halloween from a very early age, and it truly is his favorite day of the year. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California where he provides his skills and talents for Halloween conventions and events including Midsummer Scream, Creep It Real OC, and beyond. Jeff is an avid podcaster where he shares his love of Halloween with special guests on "That Halloween Podcast." He has been podcasting since 2014 when he launched his flagship show, "Dizney Coast to Coast." Jeff attends and reports on many Halloween and themed entertainment events throughout the year as a journalist for Attractions Magazine. As a voiceover artist, he has worked with Universal Pictures, Netflix, and is the host of the official Alexa Disney Trivia game on the Amazon Echo Dot Kids Edition. He has always enjoyed hosting and was honored with the opportunity to host TEDx Culver City as well as numerous panels for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation and numerous conventions. One of Jeff's more unique credits is his role as the Stage Manager of the Ed Sullivan Show in the Clint Eastwood film "Jersey Boys."
