Join Chef Kelcy for a fun and informative handmade pasta class on Zoom. Chef Kelcy will teach you how to make her no-fail fresh pasta dough, and then guide you through the process of creating two mouth-watering pasta dishes: handmade Orecchiette and a delectable summer ravioli bursting with the flavors of corn, zucchini, and basil. To top it all off, you'll learn how to make a homemade arugula pesto that will take your pasta dishes to the next level. Not only will you get to learn valuable tips and tricks from a seasoned professional, but you'll also have the opportunity to ask questions along the way. By the end of the class, you'll be equipped with both food facts and delicious recipes to try at home.
