Bhutan is a unique and an isolated Himalayan kingdom between Tibet and India. It is steeped in Buddhist folklore and mythology and known for its Gross National Happiness, distinct culture, and magnificent scenery. It is the destination of a lifetime. Led by Jack Holmes, a travel photographer and owner of "Images From Near and Far" at Western Avenue Studios in Lowell. A retired high school teacher, he previously served as President of the Greater Lynn Photographic Association and Gallery Manager of the Loading Dock Gallery in Lowell.
