Listen to a story and make a craft with Groton Author Lori Sullivan! Tuesday, April 9, 10:30-11:15 am. Lori is the author of Murray’s First Plane Ride and is excited to share her story about a little boy and his teddy bear’s first plane ride from start to finish. Sign-up required. The story is written in rhyme and details the traveling process from beginning to end with both facts and humor. It is designed not only to delight and assist emergent readers, but also to help ease anxiety in young travelers regardless of how many times they have actually traveled.

Bio:

Lori Sullivan and her husband John have lived in Groton for 27 years along with their two children who are now grown and on their own. Lori was an elementary/preschool teacher for many years as well as a local photographer. Murray’s First Plane Ride is her first published book and she is very excited to share it!
