Chinese modern history is complex and complicated depending on who presents it to you. Fay Childers was raised by a Mainland Chinese father and a Taiwanese mother, which colored her view of China in general. Fay will discuss her view of Chinese Modern History, the difference between China and Taiwan, and Taiwan's democracy and recent presidential election.
