Join Kyle Moody, Assistant Professor Communications Media, Fitchburg State University, for a talk on fake news and media consumption in the 21st century. He will cover a wide variety of topics, ranging from the history of yellow journalism to the role reporters play in media consumption and circulation. A brief discussion of "what can we do?" will cover some basic strategies for information literacy to enable us to become better consumers of news media.
