Pick up any time after the published start date. Samples available for the duration of the listed month.

Each month will feature a different spice or spice mix from around the world. The spice kit will include a small amount of the spice, some recipes, and a bit of history or context around the spice's use around the world. There will also be additional resources from our collection listed for further information!
